情指行一体化智能应用实战平台应用分析

摘要

随着经济和社会的发展,中国城市化步伐加快,城市规模和开放程度不断扩大,大量流动人口和外国人员进入国内各大城市,第三产业兴起,社会治安问题也呈现出复杂化、多样化趋势,各种原因导致的违法犯罪、恐怖袭击和群体性事件也随之增多。本文通过运用云计算、大数据、移动互联网、物联网、人工智能等前沿科技创新应用,构建集合“情、指、勤、督”于一体的公安先进性指挥调度及勤务机制。着力提升公安机关快速处置、精准感知、事态管控、辅助决策、治安防控、联勤指挥、预知预测的实战能力,打造“智慧警务大脑”。

Abstract

with the development of economy and society, China's accelerated urbanization, city scale and the increasing openness, a large number of floating population into the domestic and foreign personnel in major cities, the rise of the third industry, public security problems also present a complicated, diversification trend, all sorts of reasons caused by the illegal crime, terrorism and mass incidents has said. Through the innovative application of cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this paper builds an advanced command and dispatch and service mechanism of public security that integrates "emotion, direction, attendance and supervision". Efforts should be made to improve the actual capabilities of public security organs in rapid handling, accurate perception, 1situation control, decision-making assistance, public security prevention and control, joint command and prediction, and build a "smart police brain".
