摘要
火灾自动报警系统是探测火灾早期特征、发出火灾报警信号,为人员疏散、防止火灾蔓延和启动自动灭火设备消防系统。设计消防图纸要在建筑设计图完成后进行,设计前充分了解项目基本概况(建筑面积、建筑高度、使用功能等)、建筑分类住宅还是公共、根据建筑类别和耐火等级来划分防火分区面积、项目要实现达到的基本要求,设计过程遵循国家相关规范及项目应达到的基本要求,初版设计完成组织一次和多次审图后定下最终版并在设计图纸添加设计说明。由设计单位对施工单位、业主、相关单位等进行技术交底。本文讲述灾自动报警系统发展历程和设计相关要求。

Abstract
